REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Event Refund Policy: Sorry, no refunds unless an event has been canceled or postponed by The Cicada Club.

Event Cancellation Policy: The Cicada Club reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If The Cicada Club cancels an event, ticket purchasers will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, ticket purchasers will have the option to either receive a full refund or use their tickets for an event at the new, future date.
